Dr. Fixit Bitufix

Dr. Fixit Bitufix is a water-based bitumen protective coating used for damp-proofing below-ground concrete structures, plinth beams, masonry walls, footings, and DPC areas. It dries to form a black, flexible moisture barrier that protects concrete from dampness, vapour transmission, and salt attacks from soil.

Coverage: Approx. 4 sq. m. per litre per coat at 125 microns dry film thickness. For better protection, 2 coats are recommended, so 1 litre covers approx. 2 sq. m. in 2 coats. Coverage may vary depending on surface porosity and texture.
