Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are not included in the product price and will be confirmed after reviewing your order.

Since building material products vary in weight, size, quantity, volume, handling requirements, and delivery location, the final delivery charge will depend on the order details and transport availability.

Our team will contact you before dispatch to confirm the applicable delivery charge. Your order will be dispatched only after the delivery charges are confirmed and accepted by you.

Heavy, Fragile & Large Products

Some products such as tiles, sanitaryware, pipes, adhesives, chemicals, coolers, fans, and other building materials may require special handling due to weight, size, or fragile nature.

Additional handling, loading, unloading, or transport charges may apply where required.

Unloading & Site Access

For heavy or large products, unloading and movement of material at the delivery location may be the customer’s responsibility unless agreed in advance.

Customers are requested to ensure proper access for delivery vehicles at the delivery location.

Damage or Shortage

Customers are requested to check the products at the time of delivery. Any damage, shortage, or mismatch should be reported immediately at the time of delivery with photos or videos wherever possible.

Claims made after delivery acceptance may not be eligible for review.
